Webshop Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems in using the webshop, please try the following tips to try and resolve the issue.

Close your Browser Session

The webshop creates a session in your browser once you are successfully logged in. In some occasions, an existing webshop session might prevent you from logging in to the webshop. Closing and restarting the entire browser will close any existing webshop sessions.

Browser Tab

Please note that when you just close the webshop browser tab (like shown in this image), it will not end your existing session.

The correct way to end your webshop session is by always logging out from the webshop by using the button instead of closing the browser tab.

Check the Caps Lock key

Caps-Lock-Key
Please check and make sure that the Caps Lock Key is not active when you are entering your credentials when trying to login to the webshop. The login credentials are case sensitive.

Clear your Browsers Cache Memory

Sometimes, your browser holds on to information in its cache memory, which is now outdated.

Please find instructions on how to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history, listed per browser below.

Please take note; Clearing your web browser's cache, cookies, and history may remove data such as saved passwords and address bar predictions. While you should clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history periodically to prevent or resolve performance problems, you may wish to record some of your saved information first.
